Join Our Team!

We plan to change the current job culture in vet med from one of burnout and compassion fatigue to a place where you don’t mind spending 8 hours a day. While the work we do is serious and often emotionally taxing, we prioritize having fun during your work day so that you can enjoy your job again. We aim for this joy to overflow into the relationships we build with our patients and clients.

Client Service Representative

Our client service representatives are the link between our clients and the rest of our care team. Their role is multi-faceted. Not only are they the first warm face a client and pet see when they enter, they also serve as the first stop for scheduling appointments, answering client questions, and relaying information to the rest of the team. We are looking for an experienced CSR with minimum 1 year experience.

·       Schedule appointments efficiently

·       Provide direct communication with clients through phone calls, emails, and texts about appointment scheduling, pricing, post-surgical follow ups, recheck appointments, and more

·       Coordinating with clients to ensure new client forms are filled out and medical records are received prior to the appointment

·       Input vaccine reminders into the patient record

·       Relay information between the healthcare team and pet parents

·       Keep our lobby and client areas (coffee bar, bathroom) clean and sanitized

·       Educate clients on preventive and wellness care, service pricing, preventive products, and other routine care, like spay and neuter surgeries

·       Effectively use Shepherd software

Traits:

·       Previous experience as a client service representative in a clinical setting (minimum 1 year)

·       Attentive and detail oriented with an ability to multitask

·       Ability to collaborate with the rest of the care team to ensure efficient workflow and continuity of care
