There is no question too big or too small for our veterinary team. Below are some answers to our most common questions.

Do you offer drop-off appointments?

Yes! We reserve spaces for drop-off appointments for wellness, sick, and urgent care issues.

These appointments are seen in between our scheduled appointments. Generally, we ask that they be dropped off before 10AM and will be with us until 4:30PM. However, if you have a specific time constraint, please let us know and we will work with your schedule.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

We prefer that you have an appointment for all wellness, sick, and urgent care issues. We do reserve spaces for same-day urgent care and wellness appointments provided you call, text, or schedule online to make arrangements.

What about emergencies?

We understand that emergencies are never planned or scheduled, and will see emergencies during business hours. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call us ASAP to let us know you are on the way and the nature of your emergency. This allows us to be better prepared to assess and treat your pet quickly.

Do you offer any kind of text/call update system on my pet’s status?

Yes! We utilize your preferred method (text or call) for all communications for drop-offs and surgeries. You can expect a call/text from our team as soon as we have the answers to the problem. For surgery patients, we will often text you updates throughout the day updating you on the status of your pet. You are always welcome to text or call us at any time if you would like a quick update as well.

For most sick and urgent care visits, we will reach out the following day we are finished with your pet or the appropriate length of time depending on the condition to check in with you about your pet and answer any questions.

We also schedule follow-up calls/texts for the day following any anesthetic procedure/surgery to check on your pet and answer any questions.

What are your payment policies? Do you offer any kind of payment assistance through CareCredit, ScratchPay, etc.?

All payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. All payments made via credit card will have a 3% processing fee. We accept CareCredit and ScratchPay, third-party financing options for those who qualify.

We do not accept personal checks. We do not offer any payment plans.
